Worcester Youth Soccer League
The Worcester Youth Soccer League is a non-profit, all volunteer, organization established to serve soccer players at a youth level in the City of Worcester. We, as a league, are committed to promoting soccer skills, sportsmanship, and team play in a safe and fun environment. The league is operated following the guidance of US Youth Soccer and the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association. Our teams compete in both competitive travel leagues as well as an in-house developmental league with opportunities for players of all skill levels. Our goal is to provide an experience that young soccer players will carry forward with them and to help them understand and appreciate the experience of working with other individuals as a unit.

Mass Tournament of Champions (MTOC)
Congratulations to coach Jim Burns and his boys U12 team for a great season. They played three games last weekend at the fantastic MA Youth Soccer complex in Lancaster against very good opposition. They lost their first two games to Revere and to the eventual U12 state champions Medway. They came back strong in the final game against Woburn and won 5-3. It was a great experience for the team and coaches and hopefully they and other WYSL teams will make it back for next years tournament. Registration is OPEN for Fall 2009 Season!
If you know of a child between the ages of 4-17 who would like to play soccer this fall we encourage you to sign them up now! Please read the 'How to Sign Up' details below.
Changes for U7 and U8 Age Divisions!
To promote player development and ease burdens on families, the U7 and U8 age groups will be combined into a single U8 division beginning with the fall season. Those players (born between 8/1/01-7/31/03) will practice together in our new U8 Academy training program on Wednesday nights each week from 5:30-6:30pm. How to Sign Up
1. Register Online - Click the soccer ball on the right of the screen! Fast and convenient! We encourage you to use this new process to ease the administrative burden on us all. Please note there is a small administrative fee of $5 to cover the credit card processing fees etc. After completing the registration once online, all of your information will be saved and populated for future seasons.
2. By mail. Links to forms are at the bottom of the page. Please mail the completed registration form, a signed 'Parents Code of Conduct' and payment to: WYSL PO Box 60536 Worcester, MA 01606. Please make checks payable to WYSL.

Late Fee A late fee of $20 will be imposed on registrations received after August 1, 2009. Players registered after that date will be put on a wait-list and placed on a team only if space allows.
