Cost:

Recreation Division (U6, U8, U10) – $ 75.00 (DOB – 7/31/07 and older)
Travel Division (U10 – U18) – $ 85.00
Bring a form - Please bring your form filled out. Any part you have a question on leave it blank we can answer at in person.
Multi-Player Discounts are offered if you register more than one child from the same household.
Financial Assistance – A LIMITED number of PARTIAL scholarships are available to families that demonstrate a financial need. Please visit our website for additional information and Financial Assistance Form.
Important : If you mail in a LATE REGISTRATION you must include the $20.00 late fee or your registration is consider INCOMPLETE
***New Players***: Please note you must bring a copy of your birth certificate for us we will not be making copies

Travel Team Tryouts (Forest Grove Fields, behind Forest Grove Middle School):

U10, U12, U14 TRAVELTEAM tryouts will be held in June for the Fall 2013
TRYOUTS are for ALL PLAYERS who wish to be considered for any Travel team…you NEED TO ATTEND!
All players must arrive 45 minutes prior to their scheduled time to register…it's better is to PRE-register online begininning MAY1st!!
All players must bring a properly inflated ball, water, shin guards, and Cleats or turf shoes!!
NEW players must bring a COPY of their Birth Certificate or Immigration Document

Family Registration Now Available - Please Read

WYSL is now providing family/group based registration accounts. This will allow you to group all of your existing family members into a single login based account. Please take a moment to read the instructions on consolidating your existing individual accounts (coaches and players) into the family account.

When asked to login, login with any of the usernames and passwords you have with WYSL
1. This could be your child’s player account, or your own coach account

On the next page you will see a list of your family members
1. Mark anyone that is a Guardian as a Parent
2. Mark the children as Players
3. If a Player or Parents name is on there twice, mark one of the names as “Duplicate”

Hit Continue after selecting your Family Roles

On the next screen you will have the option to edit your login details to whatever you please
1. You will be able to use this username and password to register all participants in your family

Hit Submit when finished

On the next page you will be given the option to register your players
1. Select the “Register Player” button next to your child’s name to register as usual
2. Then repeat for any additional family members

Refund & Player Placemnet Policies

REFUND POLICY:
Full refunds will be granted to players who submit a written request to the Registrar by AUGUST 1(FALL) or FEBRUARY 1 (SPRING). Any MEDICAL-RELATED withdrawals through the FIRST WEEK OF PLAY will be refunded MINUS $15 Administrative Cost and MUST also have a valid Doctors Note. There are NO Exceptions. Please ensure to forward the original receipt to registrar.
